Managing Director & Counsellor
Sarah is a registered counsellor with the Australian Counselling Association with over 25 years of leadership experience across Human Service and Education and Care sectors. Known for her innovative and compassionate approach, Sarah has managed programs in not for profit organisations, education and care, allied health services, autism programs and in out of home care.

Specialising in social and emotional skill-building for children and young people, parent mentoring, and professional development for those working in related sectors, Sarah's approach is grounded in evidence-based practice and delivered with warmth, clarity, and care. As a member of the Australian Counselling Association, our counselling services are offered to fee paying private clients as well as Self Managed and Plan Managed NDIS participants  under Capacity Building - Improved Daily Living within Early Childhood Supports and Therapy Supports (9 or older).

Sarah pioneered Australia’s first and award winning Autism Specific Early Learning and Care Centre in South Australia, and has co-authored research in autism program design, workforce development, and caregiver wellbeing. She has also led one of the state's largest residential care programs for children who have been removed from their families and are under the Guardianship of DCP. She has held multiple roles as Director in OSHC and ELC and has provided consultancy, training and therapy across Australia.

Sarah is also a committed Christian with a deep passion for helping children, youth, and families walk in the fullness of the life God has called them to.
